Custom Mouthguard
Available in three levels
Level 1 (2mm): Light protection. Ideal for sports with head and face protection or light contact (e.g., basketball, skiing, cheerleading, soccer, surfing, volleyball, youth sports, biking).
Level 2 (2-3mm): Classic mouthguard. Suitable for high-contact sports where head and face protection is typically worn (e.g., hockey, football, baseball, jiujitsu, acrobats, judo, motocross, rodeo, rugby, karate, wrestling, field hockey, roller derby, amateur boxing, and kickboxing).
Level 3 (3-4mm): Thickest protection. Made from high-energy absorbing, soft EVA vinyl with excellent tensile strength. Ideal for heavy contact sports like boxing and kickboxing.

All dental appliances are final sale and it is up to the buyer to keep the appliance in good condition after successful delivery is made. If a delivered appliance is immediately damaged the buyer has 10 days to notify Gumshoe Dental of the same and receive a replacement appliance.
